Preselected choices on menus
When a restaurant preselects choices on an item, each option group on POST /v1/menus and the MCP menu tool now carries defaults: what the item comes with, written exactly as in options.

What to do
Show the options in defaults as already selected. A group can have more than one. A required group without defaults still needs the person to pick.
When ordering, send the dish name alone if nothing changed, or the name and only what the person changed:

Don't list the defaults: Layout orders the item as it comes.
Breaking changes
None. defaults is optional and absent when nothing is preselected.
