Stopped builds read as canceled

MCP

When a person or Layout stops an order while its cart is still being built, the order tool's status action now answers with build.status: "canceled", the stopped order's orderId, and a userMessage saying nothing was ordered or charged. Until now it could keep answering building for a minute or more after the stop.

Why it matters

A status that keeps saying "building" after a stop invites the person, or your agent, to wait on an order that will never arrive, or to start the same one again.

What to do

Treat canceled as terminal: stop polling that key and relay the userMessage. Start a new build only if the person asks for one. Nothing else changes.

Breaking changes

None. canceled is a new value for build.status on a status read; every existing value means what it did.
