Layout CLI 0.4.3

Version 0.4.3 of the Layout CLI is out. Update with npm i -g @layoutplatforms/cli. layout --version prints yours.

What changed

layout webhooks add <url> [--environment sandbox|live|both] says which environment's events the endpoint receives.
layout webhooks verify <id> [--live] sends the endpoint the verification event now. It exits 0 when it answers with a 2xx, and exits 1 with endpoint_not_verified when it does not.
layout webhooks list prints the columns ID, STATE, RECEIVES, VERIFICATION, LAST ERROR, URL and EVENTS.
layout refusals [--live] lists why the application's keys were refused recently. It needs the capability refusals:read.
keys list --live, webhooks list --live and refusals --live no longer need layout login --live. listen and deliveries still do.
An unknown flag or test place ends with This is @layoutplatforms/cli 0.4.3; newer versions may support this: npm i -g @layoutplatforms/cli.
keys create --replace prints New sandbox key, same client id. The old secret works until <YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM> UTC.
layout test-order runs the new test place test_place_card_declined_confirm.

If a script parses the table from layout webhooks list, read --json instead. See Commands.

None. The new columns in webhooks list are for people; --json is unchanged apart from added fields.
